We are receiving calls daily from customers in regards to high water levels on their swimming pools due to above average rainfall.
It is very important to evaluate the water level in your pool and keep your water level well below the coping and tile or otherwise when the water freezes it will expand and the force of the ice will crack tile and coping resulting in expensive repairs.
 Lower Water to Prevent DamageIt is recommended that the pool cover be pulled back and using a small sump pump remove enough water to prevent damage (roughly 1 foot is what we have been pumping).If you do not own a sump pump we have them available at the store, please call in advance to have one put aside as we are experiencing higher than normal sales on these items. |
 Time Sensitive – Schedule Pump Down Now As always Signature pool and Spas has technicians available to perform the pump down service for you. Due to warm temperature we are able to perform pump downs, this is time sensitive because if the swimming pool freezes more than 1/2” this service can no longer be done due to damage that may take place.
