We are a full-service spa company! We are a service center for Caldera Spas and Jacuzzi hot tubs, although our trained service technicians can repair most brand-name hot tubs. We also perform spa services such as spa openings, spa closings, spa drain and fill service, and offer water analysis at our retail location.

Spa Drain & Fill Service

Regular draining and refilling is a normal part of spa maintenance. Over time, the spa water will absorb dissolved minerals, chemicals and other material. This material may make the water cloudy and irritating, indicating it’s time to “start fresh.”

With an average use of 2 – 3 times per week, you should drain and replace your spa water every 2 – 3 months. If you use your spa more often, you may need to do this sooner.

Spa Drain and Fill Request

Draining and refilling your hot tub periodically is important for keeping the water clean and also preventing damage. Draining and refilling with fresh water on a regular basis, you’ll ensure your hot tub is clean, clear and safe.

With average use, your hot tub should be drained and refilled about once every three or four months.

Spa Drain and Fill Terms and Conditions

Technicians must have access to electricity and water.

Signature Pool and Spas drain and fill requires the addition of (1) bottle of mineral magnet to be added to the spa water after the tub is refilled. This is listed as a separate line item on the invoice. The spa is balanced using the customer’s chemicals onsite. Spa balancing chemicals can be requested and will be billed accordingly.

A valid credit card on file is required to book a spa drain and fill appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit card (MC, Visa or Discover). I agree and understand that Signature Pool and Spas will bill my credit card on file if I am not home at the time of service or if an alternate payment method was not arranged.

I agree that appointments not cancelled within 24 business hours may incur an additional $95 cancellation fee that will be billed to the credit card on file.

Spa Maintenance Service

Dirt, oil and even bacteria can accumulate at the waterline. Regular cleaning of the spa surfaces & water chemistry balancing preserves the spa environment for optimal enjoyment.

Spa Water Chemistry

Be sure to bring in a water sample and we can advise you on what you need to keep your spa clean and chemically balanced. We have a full line of spa chemicals, filter cartridges, and accessories.
