Signature Pool & Spas offers Seasonal Weekly Pool and/or Spa Maintenance

Our Program includes your pool/spa opening, cleaning visits and winter closing.  Our Weekly Pool and/or Spa Maintenance Program is highly requested and we enjoy seeing many of our long time customers return each year!

 

The Seasonal Weekly Pool and/or Spa Maintenance Program is available to our customers who seek assistance with their pool or spa maintenance throughout the season.    All of our maintenance packages are custom tailored to your needs. Our cleaning crew is CPO certified, and focuses on making sure that our clients are satisfied.

 

As a member, you will receive the following at each visit

Completely vacuum your pool:
Vacuuming is good for the surface of the pool. The cleaning technician will completely vacuum the pool floor.

 

Brush pool walls:
This will help to keep the walls of your pool free from any algae growth and will make filtering more efficient.

 

Skim the water surface:
Using a leaf net, the cleaning technician will remove any leaves or debris floating on the surface of the water.

 

Clean the inside of the skimmer and empty the basket:
This area is very susceptible to collecting dirt and body oils. The cleaning technician will empty the basket and clean the interior of the skimmer as needed.

 

Clean the steps:
The cleaning technician will remove the dirt on the pool steps. To clarify, the cleaning technician will brush the steps each visit.

 

Equipment check:
The cleaning technician will check the operation of your filter, pump and heater during each visit.  Consequently, the technician will report any concerns or problems.

 

Backwash filter and empty pump basket:
The cleaning technician will backwash the filter and empty the pump basket. If you have a cartridge filter, the cleaning technician will hose off the cartridges and make recommendations if an acid bath is needed. Additionally, if you have a cleaning system with a leaf canister, this will be emptied too.

 

Water test:
The cleaning technician will test your water and treat your pool as needed to keep it properly balanced.  A properly balanced pool will ensure a longer life for your pool’s interior finish and your equipment.

 

Spa cleanings:
A spa drain and fill will be completed as needed.

 

Cartridge cleanings:
Available as and Ad-on to your package.

 

Hot Tub Drain and Fill:
Available as and Ad-on to your package.

 

The Seasonal Weekly Pool and/or Spa Maintenance Program is designed to assist with our customer’s pool and/or spa maintenance.  The Weekly Pool and/or Spa maintenance program is not a 100% hassle free approach.  Therefore, it is important that customers understand that they will need to monitor their pool.  In other words, empty skimmer baskets, perform an occasional backwash if needed on the in between days from one visit to the next.  Please contact us to determine the level of assistance you are seeking in maintaining your pool and/or spa.
