Service Call Appointments Terms and Conditions

Technicians must have access to electricity and water.

A valid 2024 Credit Card Authorization must be on file. Payment is due at the time of service.  Payment can be made with cash, check or the credit card listed on your 2024 Credit Card Authorization.  I agree and understand that Signature Pool and Spas will bill my credit card on file if I am not home at the time of service or if an alternate payment method was not arranged. Invoices over $500 and paid using a credit card or debit card will incur an additional 4% surcharge.  Credit Card Fees are not refundable.  If a deposit was made using a credit card that exceeded $500 then the credit card fee will be deducted from the refund issued. 

I agree that appointments not cancelled within 24 business hours may incur a $95 cancellation fee that will be billed to the credit card on file.
