Signature Pool and Spas drain and fill requires the addition of (1) bottle of mineral magnet to be added to the spa water after the tub is refilled. This is listed as a separate line item on the invoice. The spa is balanced using the customer's chemicals onsite. Spa balancing chemicals can be requested and will be billed accordingly. A valid credit card on file is required to book a spa drain and fill appointment. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, check or credit card (MC, Visa or Discover). I agree and understand that Signature Pool and Spas will bill my credit card on file if I am not home at the time of service or if an alternate payment method was not arranged.
